Mary began teaching yoga in 2001. Her practice and teaching has been evolving ever since and is a vehicle for bringing mindfulness, peace and stillness into her life and the lives of her students.
Mary believes yoga is an ever-changing practice and will enhance whatever stage of life you are in. In 2014, Mary began teaching Mindfulness Meditation so that anyone can develop a meditation practice whether or not they practice yoga.
Yoga and meditation are complementary disciplines so Mary combines the two into one class called Yin and Meditation.
Since Mary is a perpetual student, you'll see her practicing at EssentialZen to soak up the varied knowledge and energy of the other wonderful teachers.
