Brenda Groselle

Brenda's from the suburbs, but currently lives the rural farm life. She met her husband on the swim team at Hiram College!

​

For the past 10 years, Brenda's been a stay-at-home mom to their two boys. Her yoga journey began about six years ago. What started out as a small space she carved out for herself has turned into a much bigger part of her life! Brenda has earned her Reiki 1 and Reiki level 2 certificates. She also trained in crystal bowl healing and restorative yoga.

Outside of the studio, Brenda loves reading, vacationing in warm weather and spending time with family!
